Twisting T-Bar Ranch History
Built in the late 1800’s, the historic barn was constructed by a father and his 7 sons in a period of one week.Construction of the original portion of the barn is post and beam and is assembled using wooden dowels securing the mortise and tenon joints.
Once part of a larger working ranch, the Twisting T-Bar remains a working ranch that encompasses roughly 105 acres of Nevada rangeland that borders the East Fork of the Carson River.
The 1800’s barn easily accommodates 80 people for a sit-down event with an adjacent field for tenting and a total capacity of 250 guests.A custom bridal suite and additional designated space for a bar and band allow for an open and free flowing event.Vintage farming and ranch equipment add to the ambiance and history.
