A rustic conference room that can accommodate 20, or a historic barn that can accommodate 80. Relax and let the mind flow as you settle in on the banks of the East Fork of the Carson River. Plenty of room for walks, team building events, fishing, or outdoor open air confidential discussions. Then time for food and games!

The T.T.B.R has limited annual booking slots and scheduling is handled on a first come, first served basis. Seasonal and corporate pricing is available upon request.

The barn can accommodate seating for 80 people.
A separate temperature-controlled conference/meeting room with mini refrigerator, sufficient power, lighting, and seating for 20 people.
A lush green grass and shaded area for corporate team building activities.
A mile of river bordering the ranch provides for pleasant staff walks and fishing (with applicable permit).
Temperature controlled executive restroom trailer with 3 individual water closets.
Preferred vendors list available for meals.
Conveniently located 1-mile from downtown Gardnerville at the local hotels, restaurants and bars.

*Seasonal rates apply, and additional time can be booked for $500/hour.
